"Usually solid"
Most of the time, they have whatever I’m looking for, which feels really nice. There was one thing that ended up being backordered once, and that was kind of annoying, but overall the availability has been good enough that I feel good about coming back

"Pretty uneventful, in a good way"
My order showed up exactly how I placed it, so no complaints there. It was kind of boring because everything went smoothly, but that’s also what you want, right? Nothing was missing or messed up, so I’m happy with it

"It Actually Helped My Gas Mileage"
My truck seems to be using less gas now, which is all I was really hoping for. With fuel prices being what they are, anything that helps a regular person save a bit at the pump feels worth it. I’m happy with it.

"Easy warranty help, no hassle"
That’s why I’m giving them 5 stars: the whole warranty thing ended up being way easier than I expected.
I had a question about an Amsoil product and figured it would turn into a bunch of emails and waiting around, but support got back to me quickly. They just asked for the info they needed, explained what was covered, and helped me get it handled without any weird runaround. Nothing flashy, just solid help when I actually needed it

"Well, the Silverado finally learned some manners"
I put AMSOIL transmission fluid in my old Silverado last month, and shockingly, the transmission now shifts way smoother. The little clunk when going into gear is pretty much gone too, which is nice since I guess I didn’t actually enjoy being reminded it was old every time I drove it. Not a whole lot else to say — it works, and it works well.

"Return was easy"
I had to send back a couple things I accidentally ordered wrong from amsoil.com, and the return process was straightforward. The refund took a few days to show up, so it wasn’t instant, but they handled everything fine. Support answered my question without making it a hassle. I’d order from them again, I just wish the refunds were a little quicker

"I switched over to Amsoil before winter..."
I switched over to Amsoil before winter mainly because I wanted to see if it would help with cold starts. My truck sits outside all night, and the mornings can get brutal here. So far it does seem to crank a little easier, and it doesn’t sound as rough during that first minute
I’m not saying it’s some miracle oil or anything, but I can tell a difference. The price is definitely on the higher side, so I’d give it 4 stars, but the cold start performance has been good

"Actually helped my old truck run better"
I’ll give it credit, even though I was skeptical. My high-mileage old truck is running smoother now, which is a nice surprise. Wish I’d tried it sooner, but at least it did what it was supposed to...

"Decent oil, but I wasn’t really amazed"
I ran amsoil in my motorcycle for maybe a couple of months or so. The bike seemed to run smooth, and the shifting felt fine, maybe a little nicer at the beginning. After putting some miles on it, though, I didn’t notice a huge difference compared to what I was using before. It’s also a bit on the pricey side. Overall, it’s not bad oil at all, I just wasn’t exactly blown away by it.

I’ve been coming back to them for years now, there’s a reason for that. They’re just reliable every time — which is harder to find than it should be, if you ask me. I keep trying other places here and there, but I always end up back here

"Too pricey for me"
The oil seems fine, but the price just feels too high. I’ve seen similar stuff for less, so I probably won’t buy it again.

I ordered from amsoil.com and was expecting the shipping to sting a bit, since oil isn’t exactly light. I almost grumbled when I got to checkout, but then the price was actually reasonable.

The checkout process was easy, and I liked that it showed the shipping cost clearly before I paid. No random extra fee popping up at the last second, which is always a relief.
The package showed up in good shape too. I guess I could nitpick that shipping is never exactly fun to pay for, but for what it was, I really can’t complain. I’d order again

The filter seems decent enough and it’s been working fine so far, so that’s nice. I just kind of expected a little more for the price, but maybe that’s asking too much for a filter.

"Showed up fast, just at the worst time"
I ordered from amsoil.com and the shipping was way quicker than I expected. The box was at my door in about 2 days and everything was fine. Only downside was the timing, because of course it showed up right when I was swamped and didn’t have time to deal with it. Not their fault though, happy with how fast it got here.

"Okay service, but the waiting was frustrating"
I ordered from AMSOIL and had a question about my shipment, so I reached out to customer service. The first reply took a couple days, which was already annoying, and it definitely felt like I was just stuck waiting in some long queue before anyone got to me.
They did eventually answer and were polite enough, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience. I just wish the support side was quicker, because waiting around for a basic shipment question made the whole thing feel average.

"The product pages do have most of the..."
The product pages do have most of the details you’d need, so maybe I’m just being picky, but I found myself clicking around a lot to compare the different oils. A few of the specs were easy to overlook, or at least they were for me. It’s not bad overall, I just think the info could be laid out a little more clearly.
